We ship all Slykuj orders directly from our retail location in Brooklyn, NY. Enjoy free shipping on every order with no sales tax. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day, while those after are handled the next business day. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. We currently ship within the U.S. only and do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For tracking, you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition, including all packaging and tags. Returns require prior authorization from our support team at hello@slykuj.com. We do not charge restocking fees, and refunds are processed after inspection. For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 5 days for a prepaid return label. Customer remorse returns are allowed, but the customer covers shipping costs.
