Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be canceled before they enter the fulfillment stage. Once an order has been processed or shipped from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders include tracking. A tracking number is provided via email once your shipment has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders.
How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time is typically five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of order placement. This timeframe includes both processing and transit time.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse located in Brooklyn, New York.
What carriers do you use?
We ship through established carriers including FedEx, DHL Express, and USPS, depending on package size and destination.
What should I do if my package shows as delivered but I have not received it?
First, confirm the shipping address and check with household members or neighbors. If the package cannot be located, contact our support team so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and free of pet hair, odor, or visible wear. All original packaging and tags must be included.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. For returns due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Returns are inspected within three (3) to five (5) business days after arrival at our facility. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically process refunds within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible size adjustments or verified defective/incorrect items, subject to product availability.

How do I choose the correct size pet bed?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information and dimensions. We recommend measuring your pet in their typical sleeping position and comparing those measurements to the listed product dimensions before purchasing.
Are your pet beds machine washable?
Washability depends on the specific model. Many of our products feature removable, washable covers. Please review the care instructions provided on the individual product page.
Do your products come with medical guarantees?
No. We do not advertise medical or therapeutic guarantees. Product descriptions focus on structural features, materials, and design characteristics to help customers make informed decisions.
