Returns require prior authorization from our support team at hello@slykuj.com. We do not charge restocking fees, and refunds are processed after inspection. For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 5 days for a prepaid return label. Customer remorse returns are allowed, but the customer covers shipping costs.
